Are you feeling stuck in the same unhelpful cycles? Do life’s demands, relationship stress, or uncertainty about your next steps feel overwhelming? Life can often feel like an emotional rollercoaster—but the good news is, change is possible. Whatever stage you’re in, I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to reach out for support.

I provide a calm, non-judgmental space to explore your concerns at a pace that feels right for you. I work with adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, grief or loss, life transitions, relationship or family stress, complexities around racial identity, and academic or peer pressures.

I also support children through an evidence-based, Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) approach and collaborate closely with caregivers to foster understanding and growth. I believe play is the natural language of children, allowing them to express and make sense of their inner world.

My approach is holistic, person-centered, and rooted in collaboration, empathy, and respectful curiosity. Drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), I tailor each session to your unique lived experience.

Together, we can gently work toward feeling more grounded and find effective ways to think, feel, and act in alignment with your values. A phrase that guides my work is: “be proud of your progress.” My goal is to help you build greater self-compassion and resilience as you navigate life’s hurdles.

If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you. Book a free 10-minute consultation today and let’s begin this journey together.

Clients appreciate Tianna’s warm and approachable personality.
