We understand that life can be difficult and believe that none of us are meant to go it alone.  Not only have our psychotherapists trained rigorously, they are compassionate and kind.  It is of utmost importance to us that our clients feel cared for, seen and heard.  We offer a range of options for counselling include individual therapy, couple counselling, child, teen and family therapy.   

Our therapists are person centered and trained in a variety of approaches.  In addition to talk therapy, we offer play, art and music therapy.  Creative approaches are often helpful for children and teens to express what they may have trouble verbalizing. 

Our office is located in Kitchener near the border of Waterloo at 900 Guelph St.
