At times, I know that I do! “Phone, keys, wallet…” has become a mental checklist that I often find myself saying before making an exit from anywhere and everywhere. But what about when we lose more than these simple possessions? If we’re honest, many of us can feel a loss of hope, direction, confidence, peace, or connection. Maybe that’s you right now? It’s nothing to be ashamed of and you are not alone in that challenge! I offer a calm and encouraging space to explore your concerns and develop a plan together to find those missing pieces in your life.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I deeply enjoy helping people to connect the dots in their lives and I ensure that every person feels seen, known, and cared for. Using CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) and psychodynamic therapy, I support adults of all ages to discover hope and the tools to face even the hardest times. I lead with warmth, empathy, relatability and humour in providing tangible ways to feel better and move forward.

I also work with children aged 3-10 through an evidence-based Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) approach and support their caregivers with compassion and depth.
