Tianna is dedicated to creating a safe space where each person feels seen, heard and valued. Her background includes working with marginalized and vulnerable populations in non-profit settings, and working with youth to empower positive youth development.
Drawing from evidence-based practices, Tianna specializes in supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, family or social relationship challenges, religious or spiritual concerns, and challenges related to self-esteem and racial identity. Tianna helps adolescents targeting challenges of feeling overwhelmed, academic stress, peer relationship challenges and coping through transitions during their life.
She is passionate about taking a holistic approach in supporting individuals, that is person-centered and rooted in collaboration, empathy, and respectful curiosity. Ultimately, she believes that gracious words have the power to meet people where they are at and provide an avenue for healing conversations with clients. A phrase that sticks with her is “be proud of your progress”. Tianna desires to help people toward greater self-compassion, to better equip them to overcome hurdles and continue their journey to life-long wellness and healing.
